Property Kings Services provides property services in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan including lawn care, aeration, dethatching, landscaping, snow removal, junk removal, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installation.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ significantly from what was quoted.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge for work completed even if the client cancels mid-job.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
By booking our services you confirm you have the authority to grant us access to the property. Property Kings is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property.
Property Kings Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
If you are unsatisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at our discretion.
